Mt. Hermon Plow Days is put on by Rev. Oren Perdue in conjunction with Adkins Farm Market. It’s mission is to increase interest in knowledge of farm work done with horses, oxen, and mules. Plowing is always to be the principal work demonstration. Another goal is to educate the public in how plowing was done in the past and to create an appreciation for the contribution rural America made in the building of our country.
There is plenty of free parking, as well as food vendors, demonstrators, exhibitors, and a petting zoo! To find out more visit www.mthermonplowdays.com
